Build a working electronics store: a catalogue across seven categories, filtering, product cards with discounts, cart and checkout.
The design started from a commercial theme. Editing such a theme directly is easy and wrong — the first update wipes the changes. An electronics catalogue also needs parametric filtering rather than a plain list.
The store was built end to end on WooCommerce: catalogue structure, categories, product cards, cart and checkout, content pages and contact forms.
Every change to the purchased theme lives in a child theme, so parent updates never overwrite the work. Filtering by price, category, brand and specifications was added — an electronics catalogue is unusable without it.
