Who it is for
- You are on Shopify Plus and need Checkout Extensibility, Functions or B2B work your current team cannot take on
- Your store has outgrown its platform and a move to Shopify is on the table
- Products, stock or orders are moved between systems by hand, and it costs someone a day a week
- You got a quote from a European agency and the number was three times what the work is worth
- You need a developer who has done this before, not one who will learn on your store
- Your Shopify Scripts need to become Functions and nobody on the team has done that migration
What is included
Shopify Plus development
Checkout Extensibility, Functions, Flow, B2B, Scripts, Pixels and Customer Accounts — the parts of Plus that most agencies quietly subcontract.
Store migrations
Moving stores onto Shopify from WooCommerce, BigCommerce, CS-Cart and proprietary platforms, with products, customers, order history and search rankings intact.
Integrations and data sync
Connecting the store to ERP, CRM, warehouse systems and supplier feeds through the Admin and Storefront APIs, webhooks or scheduled batch jobs.
Multi-store setups
One head store and several regional ones, kept in sync on products, discounts, orders, customers and stock.
Custom apps
Private and public Shopify apps where an off-the-shelf one does not fit, written against the current app requirements rather than around legacy patterns.
Ongoing support
A block of hours each month for fixes, small features and keeping up with platform changes.
How the work goes
-
1
Call and scope
Thirty minutes to understand the store, the problem and the constraints. You get a written estimate with a range afterwards. Not billed.
1–2 days
-
2
Audit
A look at the actual store: theme, apps, data volume, integrations. This is where the estimate narrows from a range to a number.
2–4 days
-
3
Build
Work happens on a development store or a theme branch, never on the live store. You see progress as it happens, not at the end.
1–4 weeks
-
4
Testing and handover
Checkout tested end to end, data reconciled, and a call where the work is handed over with everything written down.
2–4 days

Questions and answers
Why is the rate so much lower than a European agency?
Because of where the studio is and how thin it is. Tbilisi has a fraction of the cost base of Berlin or Amsterdam, and the work is done by one senior developer rather than passed through an account manager and a project manager. The rate reflects overhead, not experience.
Do you work with agencies as a subcontractor?
Yes. Some clients are agencies that need Plus or migration capacity they do not have in house. White-label is fine, and so is talking directly to your client if that works better.
What are your Shopify credentials?
Shopify certification for Liquid Storefronts for Theme Developers, valid to May 2027, alongside production work with Checkout Extensibility, Functions, Flow, B2B, Scripts, Pixels, Customer Accounts and both the Admin and Storefront APIs.
How do we communicate, and in which language?
Written English, by email or in your project tracker, and that is where the studio is strongest. Calls in English work for scoping and handover; for anything long or nuanced, writing serves both of us better.
What time zone are you in?
Tbilisi, UTC+4 — two to three hours ahead of Central Europe, so a normal working day overlaps almost completely with yours.
Can you start immediately?
Usually within a week. If you need someone this afternoon, say so: sometimes that is possible and sometimes it is not, and you will get a straight answer either way.
